**What do you like best about Attive?**

Attive is a great tool for GTM. With access to all your team's Gong calls, the amount of customer research that I can do is insane. If I had to do this manually listening to all those calls, I would need several hours or days. But with Attive, it's done under an hour. This has helped with messaging experiments on landing pages. I feel there is ROI for the GTM function.

**What do you dislike about Attive?**

The accuracy is something I feel Attive should improve. Most of the cases, I have had to verify the output again so that I don't make decisions based on wrong data. For example, there have been many instances where the sample size was way smaller than possible - the difference between the calls that Attive has access to and the calls considered for the analysis is significant. Hallucination exists.

**What problems is Attive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer research is the primary use case. I had struggled to listen to multiple customer calls but now automating this saves me hours. I also get to arrive at insights that directly influence messaging experiments on website landing pages. I have been able to use Attive through Slack which is helpful. This makes it user-friendly.
