**What do you like best about ATOS Software?**

Atos we used as Chatbot earlier for self service for employees of the organization

**What do you dislike about ATOS Software?**

Atos is not keeping up with the latest Gen AI features and also training the existing data all that like other market tools Aisera etc..

**What problems is ATOS Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Self service for the problems based on various knowledge sources like knowledge articles of ServiceNow, SharePoint data

UI and then updates with new manual.the most important part, in this case, is we arre moving next-gen close to automation.

**What do you dislike about ATOS Software?**

Hot fix which used in ML and AI-based sometimes disagreements with that.

Automation with Arcsight.
