As well as external work contracted by the private sector, their service protocols are very similar to ours, which has allowed us to form a great alliance that we hope will last a long time. **What do you like best about Atos Integrated Systems?** Under the new circumstances that the world is going through, atos has been of much more help because it has allowed us to connect efficiently with our collaborators in their homes or in those places where they develop their functions, their communication platform is stable and offers a service video call much more efficient than traditional communication systems. **What do you dislike about Atos Integrated Systems?** In general terms, I have very few things to say about this platform that personally has been very useful to me, and for our company it has been a pillar in maintaining communication and the flow of information, the only thing I can mention is the delay In response to some requests made requesting specific support and operating information, I believe that these were not addressed as much as possible and it is something that can be improved. **What problems is Atos Integrated Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has been possible to improve productivity and deploy a reliable and secure system for all our collaborators in different regions, remote access is now more stable and secure and processes are more fluid and transparent. ### 2.
