A thoroughly professional approach with a personal touch is an outstanding characteristic of Acuative. We are always greeted with very attentive ears and a 'solving your problem as our own' attitude, which is commendable across all lines of leadership.

Acuative is doing a fantastic job with the scale they have. Not much that I can list as a dislike

As I mentioned above, if you are looking for a professional, visionary approach with the right amount of personal, customized touch, Acuative is the partner to choose.

Acuative is one of our preferred partner for our global network deployment, and project management and is now providing managed services and maintenance

Creative solutioning and dedicated and highly skilled people.

I have not experienced anything to dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering Acuative:**

They may not be the lowest cost provider, but you will likely get the most for your spend with them. They are very experienced, creative, and bring industry best practices to all their solutions, other providers typically leave out important scope just to lower their price.

**What problems is Acuative solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acuative is able to bring a wide variety of solutions to the table, they do exceptionally well in the SOC and EaaS spaces.

Tech services communication could get better; when receiving the request an acknowledgement be nice

**What do you like best about Acuative?**

Their easy to use portal and timely responses. They will tailor the portal you use down to your specific needs, removing anything extra your don't need and making changes to it in a timely manner when you come across an issue. On the rare occasion they can't find a tech for our requested time their leads are great at reaching out via phone and email to keep us in the loop.

**What do you dislike about Acuative?**

Currently there is nothing that I use them for that I dislike. They are very communicative when there is an issue and work hard to provide solutions and work around.

**Recommendations to others considering Acuative:**

They are very friendly, personable and great to work with. They bend over backwards to tailor solutions that work best for you.

**What problems is Acuative solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need techncians on site at our customers locations to help troubleshoot and replace our equipment, power and connectivity to our carriers. We have used many vendors in the past and generally it's 50/50 whether we will get a tech when we need them. Since using acuative, I generally never have to worry about finding a tech next day and even same day on those rare occasions.

Pricing could be faster and more competitive

Make sure you get a bid from Acuative if you have time to shop for the best service provider

**What problems is Acuative solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acuative has helped me solution multi-country projects where I also need capital leasing. They have a good practice in this area but the pricing needs some attention.

Limited, but communication from NOC could be stronger.

Acuative can provide added value, with new technology, implemaentation and most import, keeping the technology online for high availability.

They are limited, but  communication could be more complete

Not much downside.  Biggest thing would be error reporting on sites that are not live yet.
