They are very experienced, creative, and bring industry best practices to all their solutions, other providers typically leave out important scope just to lower their price. **What problems is Acuative solving and how is that benefiting you?** Acuative is able to bring a wide variety of solutions to the table, they do exceptionally well in the SOC and EaaS spaces. ### 4. They will tailor the portal you use down to your specific needs, removing anything extra your don't need and making changes to it in a timely manner when you come across an issue. On the rare occasion they can't find a tech for our requested time their leads are great at reaching out via phone and email to keep us in the loop. **What do you dislike about Acuative?** Currently there is nothing that I use them for that I dislike. They are very communicative when there is an issue and work hard to provide solutions and work around. **Recommendations to others considering Acuative:** They are very friendly, personable and great to work with. They bend over backwards to tailor solutions that work best for you. **What problems is Acuative solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need technicians on site at our customers locations to help troubleshoot and replace our equipment, power and connectivity to our carriers. We have used many vendors in the past and generally it's 50/50 whether we will get a tech when we need them. Since using acuative, I generally never have to worry about finding a tech next day and even same day on those rare occasions. ### 6. They have a good practice in this area but the pricing needs some attention. ### 7.
