**What do you like best about allwhere?**

AllWhere customer portal provides clarity and transparency of the hardware in stock, in transit, and those procured by employees. It's another excellent Asset Management tool; that's what I love about their interface. 
I do collaborate with the team in real time via Slack. They are very responsive both in Slack and email if any delay or issues arise.

**What do you dislike about allwhere?**

AllWhere goes above and beyond in accepting feedback which helps them improve their dashboard, exceeding expectations.

**Recommendations to others considering allwhere:**

If you work for a global organization, be transparent with the team providing as much information about your hiring regions as possible.
AllWhere will keep you posted on changes and updates to their portal. The team is open to enhancing their system, so provide honest feedback.

Above all, you will have an organization that will ensure your employee has what they need - period.

**What problems is allwhere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AllWhere, has been able to solve all of our logistic shipments, whether domestic or international. Our new hires can now receive their Computers and peripherals on-time days before their start day.
This has significantly improved our workflow process for onboarding. Offboarding employees and ensuring that we retrieve their company-issued devices has been a grey area to fulfill; however, with AllWhere, those are seamless.

**What do you like best about allwhere?**

They have helped us create a better process around onboarding and offboarding.

**What do you dislike about allwhere?**

They could use a bit more UX testing before they deploy new builds.

**What problems is allwhere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our laptop retrieval numbers have increased by at least 60-70% and we no longer have staff having to hunt down laptops.

**What do you like best about allwhere?**

One of the most helpful things about Allwhere is that they make the tedious, sometimes monotonous work easy and take it off your hands.  I also really enjoy the self-service aspect for end users.  It empowers them to choose their own equipment, and makes it feel as though the red carpet is really being rolled out for them.

**What do you dislike about allwhere?**

The biggest opportunity is in the UI itself.  Once they make it simple to easily add multiple items to a single order, improve navigation within the portal, and (hopefully) make it possible to add existing inventory into the system, it will be perfect (at least in my scenario).

**Recommendations to others considering allwhere:**

Stop using Amazon, FedEx, CDW, and just use Allwhere.  That's it.

**What problems is allwhere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I recently went from a 5 person team to just myself, as we ended our relationship with an MSP, so my workload has quadrupled.  Having to manually setup shipments, return shipments, handle device recovery, pack up items, etc was becoming quite tedious, so Allwhere came in and helped me automate that processes. 
In addition, their platform makes it super easy to tailor the onboarding experience for new employees and gives them the ability to request specific items that we have in inventory, as well as enter their own details and preferences without me having to gather them individually.

Easy to work with. Friendly and attentive staff. Steadily improving website functionality.

**What do you dislike about allwhere?**

Some growing pains have caused issues along the way. Recent price increases are the cause for some concern, but overall, Allwhere remains to be the best option in this field.

**Recommendations to others considering allwhere:**

For a quickly growing company Allwhere is clearly the winner.

**What problems is allwhere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allwhere has allowed us to increase our equipment distribution capability quickly. Their service has significantly reduced my workload. There have been some issue a long the way but overall I would recommend their service.

The robust dashboard to track orders, excellent communication from our account rep (Eliza), and competitive pricing.

**What do you dislike about allwhere?**

Nothing to report at this moment. No issues have been encountered.

**Recommendations to others considering allwhere:**

In remote/ hybrid employee environments. Please reach out to Allwhere  to provide your staff with a complete and painless experience.

**What problems is allwhere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company was facing logistics issues with equipment retrieval from our former employees. Allwhere stepped in and provided a complete solution for asset return, tracking and storage.

**What do you like best about allwhere?**

Tracks the equipment from start to finish. You are able to send the equipment to different locations. The service saves us time and money vs an employee doing it and using fedex or UPS.

**What do you dislike about allwhere?**

The website can be a bit tricky to navigate.

**Recommendations to others considering allwhere:**

use it!

Tracking devices down and email former employees to try and return the devices. Allwhere takes of nagging on former empolyees and ensures equipment is returned.

Sometimes they are too busy and need more resources, that is a sign they are getting larger though.

Allow us to have a presence in the US to send items to users anywhere in the states.

The Allwhere staff was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions and concerns.

**What do you dislike about allwhere?**

The user interface in the store was a bit spotty and confusing. The allwhere staff quickly walked me through the issues that I faced.
