**What do you like best about Ateno?**

Ateno centralizes all our communication in one place. What I like the most is how easy it is to integrate calls, messages, and collaborations without relying on hardware or complex configurations. The dashboard is very intuitive, and the support responds quickly when we need something.

**What do you dislike about Ateno?**

Being a relatively new platform, they are still incorporating some integrations and advanced features that we would like to see. However, the team is releasing them quickly and it is noticeable that they listen to the customers.

**What problems is Ateno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ateno eliminates the complexity of traditional switchboards and scattered tools. It unifies calls, messaging, and collaboration in one place, and works just as well for hybrid and remote teams.

**What do you like best about Ateno?**

We've been using Ateno for 1 month already. The best part was the setup. It was very easy and fast. We've transfer our phone numbers without hassle.

**What do you dislike about Ateno?**

Nothing as of yet even though we've just started with it.

**What problems is Ateno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with many collaborators which are not on our HQ and Ateno help us to keep them in close contact. We can see when they are online, have a fast videocall or just call him on the phone with on charge. This is enabling us to work closely with freelancers and contractors without struggle.
