Atatus is an all-in-one monitoring and logging tool. It solves most of our problems with its unique and highly customizable features, such as APM monitoring, Kubernetes monitoring, and database monitoring. Their application monitoring is also strong and goes in depth, and I’ve configured most of the settings to match our needs.

Their all-in-one dashboards save hours for our development team. They also provide application logging along with alerting integrations. In terms of performance, the UI is very fast and clean, and it provides real-time values.

We tried many monitoring tools before finalizing Atatus for our organization’s needs, because it offers a good balance of price and performance along with great ROI on our investment. The Atatus team is very professional and helpful in solving our queries, from onboarding through ongoing support. When we started using Atatus, there were a few features still in the development stage, but we were told they would go live over time. As promised, they delivered the features we needed. My team and I have been using Atatus for the past several years to monitor and optimize our e-commerce marketplace, and it has really helped us detect and optimize application bottlenecks.

The most useful and beneficial features we have been heavily relying on are:

1. Big-picture analytics dashboard to quickly monitor the overall health

2. Detailed performance analysis of the specific application end-points. The best part is that it gives a breakdown per application layer (e.g. how much time is consumed by external API, DB fetch, calculations, etc)

3. Super easy integration (at least with NodeJs)

4. Also it's quite easy to get started with the tool not only for tech people, because of an intuitive interface

Also, Atatus has great Customer Support. We had a non-technical issue with the subscription because of my mistake and they resolved it quickly, without making me pay twice.
