What do you like best?

The best part is the UI of the Assist Edge studio. It doesn't have many button unlike other RPA platforms which makes Assist Edge a User-friendly application w.r.t UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Although AE offers almost all the functions which any RPA platform should have, the Admin Module Console is quite messy when it comes to control the BOT. Profile Mapping is a bit tricky tash here in Assist Edge Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can opt Assist Edge for Automation, however, there are other better products in the market for the same purpose which has better capabilities and functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

What do you like best?

Custom code integration is very simple and feasible option always available. Controlling of bots, scheduling, monitoring is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Setup requires lots of technical knowledge and time for normal user. Reporting with pre-built templates not available to user and configuration is time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I can automate most of my daily repetitive task by simply creating a flowchart of steps involved. interface is user friendly and we don't have to write much code, its just drag and drop. with the help of eva bot i can run or schedule my automation anytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

on doing automation with the help of google , Google was able to identify the bot and was asking me for image captcha. so my automation was failing in that case. and i had no idea how to bypass this captcha. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Robotic Process Automation was never so easy without this tool. We can make our daily life processes very easy with the help of assist edge community edition. You don't need to know programming or coding to start automation. it has very user friendly template to solve most of our problems. just by dragging and dropping we can create and publish our automation. and with the help of eva bot we can easily schedule our automation whenever required. What do you dislike?

if we use google to fetch the data for automation, google will identify our bots and then we have to solve the image capcha to resolve this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can use it for our daily life day to day repetitive problems that we have to solve. automation is good for repetitive processes and saves a lot of human efforts and time. What do you like best?

1.Visual editor feature and Scheduling bot is much easier

2.Embedded AI in tool.

3.Workflow design of the tool is best for RPA

4.AssistEdge is backed up with good community support.

What do you dislike?

1. Sometimes ,fails to close the browser.

2.Bot fails in search Time out issue .
