"Effortless Event Check-In and Seamless Registration Experience"

What do you like best about Aryval?

Aryval helps solve a problem that needed solving and does it in a logical way - event check in.

From the customer service side, our prospective families have really responded to the ease of registering for events and the swiftness of our check in process now that they just have to show their QR code upon arriving.

From the event planning side, it has really cleaned up our process with the automated event reminders and attendee data we've been able to collect. There was a big storm this last weekend, and I loved being able to send all of our guests a message letting them know that the event was still on! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aryval?

Any hiccup we've come across, the Aryval team has been able to help troubleshoot and solve quickly (mostly with implementation and my lack of website knowledge). I appreciate their speed in response and knowledge of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aryval solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a problem in the past with guests creating a bottleneck because we couldn't check them in fast enough - we haven't had that problem since we've started using Aryval! We host several open house type events throughout the year, and with the increasing interest in our school, it was getting difficult to check in families quickly and efficiently. Having this technology solves that problem and also makes us look more professional which creates a better experience for our prospective families. What do you like best about Aryval?

Having a tool that modernized our check-in process was very welcome, and worked exactly how I hoped. Beyond that, it delivered more than I was expecting by creating a comprehensive attribution dashboard. That was a welcome bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aryval?

I knew when trying Aryval that as a new company there may be positives and negatives as they established their product. I was pleased that we were able to implement without a major hiccups, and for any questions we had they were extremely responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aryval solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was interested in Aryval when I first learned their service to streamline event check-in, since previously we were using spreadsheets from parent volunteers at Open House. The previous system was slow and clunky and created bottlenecks during peak periods, and also created problems with volunteers that didn't always track the data correctly (and once even deleted data that we couldn't retrieve).
