# What content curation tools are most trusted by content operations managers in media and education based on user reviews?

Hey G2 community, I'm building a roundup of content curation tools for content operations teams in media and education specifically, and the scores in this category tell different stories depending on whether you weight the rating or the volume behind it.

RELAYTO AI (4.7 stars, 472 reviews): Turns static PDFs and decks into interactive experiences with page-level analytics showing dwell time, drop-off, and click behavior, so content ops teams can see whether curated material is actually being consumed rather than just distributed.

ContentStudio (4.6 stars, 354 reviews): Covers content discovery, scheduling, and publishing across social, blogs, and RSS from one workspace, with custom hashtag categories and analytics that reviewers describe as covering what Hootsuite and Later handle separately.

UpContent (4.4 stars, 293 reviews): Topic and keyword-based article sourcing that flows into Hootsuite and advocacy workflows, though mid-market reviewers note it works better as a secondary discovery check than a complete first stop for niche industry topics.

Walls.io (4.7 stars, 111 reviews): Social aggregation for event walls and public-facing displays with pre-publish moderation controls, used by education and media reviewers who need content screened before it appears on screens.

BuzzSumo (4.5 stars, 107 reviews): Engagement data showing which topics and formats are performing across Facebook, LinkedIn, and X, used by content teams to decide what's worth curating rather than as an aggregation feed.

For content operations managers in media or education: which of these is genuinely part of your daily workflow, and was it the discovery layer or the distribution side that earned its place?

One more filter worth applying to a list like this: read what the reviewers behind each rating were actually doing with the tool. Category pages collect neighbors, not twins, and a high rating earned mostly by people doing interactive sales documents or event displays tells you little about a newsroom or a university content desk. The stars answer "were users happy," not "were users like me happy." Ten minutes reading reviews filtered to your industry usually reshuffles a ranked list more than any star difference does.
