The final product that they developed was very easy to use as well as implement.

The communication for the project was excellent to say the least. The team at ARM MLM Software kept us in the loop throughout, answering all our questions immediately. They handled bugs fixing after launching the product so well; making it impressive how they managed to provide us with quality results during these circumstances. Furthermore, they also helped us incorporate the system into our monthly subscription for clients to easily and regularly access our digital products library.

They demonstrated their professionalism and know-how in every instance - it is quite clear they are competent. While their team was always available to help, I think if they also provided a pdf guide detailing the developed software's features, this would assist users to troubleshoot minor issues independently and understand the software's full capabilities. (I am sure they could have provided this if I had asked for it as their team was always proactive with addressing our requests).
