We recently worked with ARM MLM Software to make an MLM software solution for our digital products that we are distributing and selling, and things couldn’t have worked out any better. Amazingly, their team maintained an outstanding understanding of the product’s nature right from its inception and showed great initiative in their roles, which led to a seamless development process. The final product that they developed was very easy to use as well as implement.
The communication for the project was excellent to say the least. The team at ARM MLM Software kept us in the loop throughout, answering all our questions immediately. They handled bugs fixing after launching the product so well; making it impressive how they managed to provide us with quality results during these circumstances. Furthermore, they also helped us incorporate the system into our monthly subscription for clients to easily and regularly access our digital products library.
They demonstrated their professionalism and know-how in every instance - it is quite clear they are competent. We are happy that the software was developed in a way that specifically fits what we initially wanted it for. Our team is very happy with the final results we got from working with ARM MLM Software. While their team was always available to help, I think if they also provided a pdf guide detailing the developed software's features, this would assist users to troubleshoot minor issues independently and understand the software's full capabilities. (I am sure they could have provided this if I had asked for it as their team was always proactive with addressing our requests).
This is a minor issue in my opinion as they developed all the features that we initially wanted when we approached them. They even went above and beyond added extra features which we hadn't thought of initially when we first approached them with our idea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
