  ### 1. Onboarding flows that doesn't hurt

**What do you like best about Arengu?**

At YepCode we have several qualification questions during the onboarding flow, and being able to change any form without deployments is a time saver!

We are also power users of Arengu Flows, using them to create our leads on HubSpot, manage our subscriptions on Stripe, or deliver the forms information to YepCode webhooks.

Being developers, their Custom Fields are also an awesome feature as you may implement any functionality or behaviour that is not included out of the box.

**What do you dislike about Arengu?**

I think that the learning curve is significant to get the most of the platform, but once you know how to use the main features, everything is quite straightforward.

**What problems is Arengu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Arengu to solve user interaction flows where some dynamism may be needed. Our SaaS is a serverless platform that runs processes. One of the triggers of that processes may use webhooks. We provide forms in our tool, but only for internal use, so when that forms must be public or embedded in webpages, we use Arengu.

A great sample could be this app: https://yepcode.io/apps/mysql-to-clickhouse-migration-tool/ The backend is implemented with our SaaS, but the whole wizard has been created with Arengu. Each step is fully configurable, showing any backend output.

**What do you like best about Arengu?**

Arengu gives you the ability to combine forms with flows, which allows you to make api calls within the forms themselves.
We built all our alarm booking flows (B2C with payments and B2B) that includes complex logic and API calls to get the pricing.

**What do you dislike about Arengu?**

Some type of fields are missing, but you can customized it with javascript code then and works perfect.

**What problems is Arengu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After trying many forms software and not being flexible enough we discovered Arengu. Now we build fast and easy booking forms with complex logic integrated with our backend and using different payment methods.
