Veritas Backup Exec alows us to quickly and effectively backup critical systems to external drives. This allows us to restore files and systems in the case of disaster or accidental deletion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cannot create multiple backup jobs in a queue which would ensure subsequent backups start ASAP after the previous ones complete. We have no way of knowing exact timing of how long a particular server would complete backup so we estimate. E.g., SVR01 starts at 8 PM and usually takes < 4 hrs. so SVR02 is scheduled for midnight.
