like how we can create multiple campaigns, track and manage them in less time. Automated follow-ups play an important role, so that our clients don't have to manually send follow up emails.

more granular reporting would be great to have in the future

helps me manage campaings for multiple clients. I got great feedback from them so far, and spend less time on follow-ups and entire execution now.

Fantastic platform for keeping track of every step in the sales pipeline. It automatically prioritizes leads, making sure our team spends time where it matters most. The action-based guidance is a great tool for new reps.

It lacks some integration with third-party tools we use, but the built-in features make up for that.

**What do you like best about ArcCRM?**

The first thing which I am impressed with is their interface. Less chaotic and eye-friendly. Not peppered with too much information unlike other CRM softwares. One thing that deserves applause is the way onboarding is handled. It was such a smooth experience and there were clear-cut instructions at every stage. Kudos!

**What do you dislike about ArcCRM?**

I look forward to more integration options. Perhaps, integration can be made a little simpler.
