Thanks for reaching out. We understand that in-app engagement can be low and disruptive and our customers work the same in the following ways:

1.	Leverage Apty Insights to understand the choking points/ friction areas within an application and position Apty help intelligently. The experience delivered by Apty is unique to the users at the same time it is contextual in nature. This helps them keep in-app engagement levels high

2.	Apty also offers permalinks that offer a unique experience to users over email, chat, or ticketing systems. Our customers share the permalinks of walkthroughs to their users using any bulk email service. When the end-user clicks on the link, the user is brought back within the application with the walkthroughs starting automatically for them. This has helped our customers solve support queries, get back their churned users, introduce new features over email, and even other use cases.
