**What do you like best about Approximated?**

We’ve been blown away by the support we’ve received from Carter and the Approximated team. Despite being on their lowest pricing tier, Carter has gone far above and beyond what we expected — jumping on multiple calls with our development team, reviewing our codebase, and providing clear, actionable steps to help us implement the custom domain feature into our platform, Sendr.

What’s most impressive is that it’s never felt like it’s about the money — the support has been exceptional and deeply collaborative. We were very close to going with another provider, and in hindsight, we’re so glad we chose Approximated. It’s rare to find a team this committed to customer success.

Highly recommend them to anyone considering domain management solutions.

**What do you dislike about Approximated?**

Honestly, nothing. Been a pleasure to work with and implementation has been straight forward.

**What problems is Approximated solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Users of Sendr wanted to be able to connect their custom domains to their page templates, we wanted to control the frontend UI and make the UX seamless to get the records. All was achievable using Approximated (not to mention at very low cost and scaleable model)
