We are using TR7 products at one of our most important customer and They have realy heavy traffic .We never lived any problem. I have other vendors similar products experience (like F5 , Citrix) and they have more parameters than TR7 but I never used and needed most of them . Most prbably TR7 developers have a lot of experinces about Load Balancers abd WAF products and have put the most used and needed parameters and feautures on their products. **What do you dislike about TR7 ASP?** Software update could be easier . It needs compex operation then similar products . **What problems is TR7 ASP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using F5 and Citrix before . These are well know products making their job very good . But we need a product can easşy configure , easily cahneg the services processing source when we needed on live traffic and easily manage and montior what is going on our networks . We were experiencing slowdowns, congestion, and service interruptions on services used continuously by 750 users for 20 hours a day. With TR7, we've resolved most of these issues.
