We are using TR7 products at one of our most important customers and they have really heavy traffic. We never experienced any problems. I have experience with other vendors' similar products (like F5, Citrix) and they have more parameters than TR7, but I never used or needed most of them. Most probably, TR7 developers have a lot of experience with Load Balancers and WAF products and have included the most used and needed parameters and features in their products. **What do you dislike about TR7 ASP?** Software update could be easier. Feature set is very strong. They have consultative sales methodology so you are not focucing on product only but solution. It is easy to use and you can do almost everything you need without any help after you get used to it. The support team is very good at their job and knows what to do in any case you need help. **What do you dislike about TR7 ASP?** I don't have anything to dislike about TR7. **What problems is TR7 ASP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use TR7 ASP as a WAF and API Gateway for a few applications.
