What do you like best about AppointMate?

It make scheduling a lot easier. I love the status tab. You can see when people have clocked in, arrived late, or have not clocked in at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppointMate?

The constant reloading of the entire page every time you switch between consumer and employee. Sometimes the program can be a bit SLOW! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Appointmate is a great tool but hard to learn & nagivate at times"

What do you like best about AppointMate?

Appointmate gives you excellent options for scheduling and it covers all aspects needed in our homecare office. We are able to schedule every other week schedules, pull detailed reports when needed, track live statuses of employees etc. I have used other scheduling programs during previous employment and it was difficult because we did not have access to the information we needed outside of the office. With appointmate you can access information from anywhere since it is a cloud based program. This is such a benefit!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppointMate?

Unless you know the program It can be hard to navigate. I have used appointmate for over 5 years and there are many areas within the program that I have not been able to use. Appointmate offers significant access to reports, if you know how to access them and which report to pull. It is difficult to know which report will give you the information you are seeking. Appointmate can also be slow at certain times, especially during our payroll time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering AppointMate:

I would recommend appointmate to others seeking a program such as this. It has huge benefits! I do wish it was easier to navigate to learn but overall is a great benefit to our office and company overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AppointMate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Again I believe a huge benefit is being able to track employees live. It helps our office keep track of our employees and make sure they are at work and doing the tasks at hand. This is a huge benefit to our office and a huge benefit at payroll time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best system for home health care"

What do you like best about AppointMate?

Appointmate has it all. Scheduling, task list, consumer info sheet, logs employees hours, PTO days, you can email everyone and is a time saver for anyone not ysing the telephony system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppointMate?

I dislike having to double click on the task list interface, it makes mobile use a little tricky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering AppointMate:

I can not recommend any other way for a home health care agency to handle scheduling. Appointmate really has it all, whether you use the telephony system, which is simple to sync with appointmate or whether you use standard time sheets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AppointMate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scheduling number 1, there is no confusion having a consumer's info sheet attached to the schedule, reaching out to employees with one email sent through the system. Thr biggest benefit is having our employees be able to log on, get their schedule for the week and having access to everything they need.
