I can not recommend any other way for a home health care agency to handle scheduling. Appointmate really has it all, whether you use the telephony system, which is simple to sync with appointmate or whether you use standard time sheets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is AppointMate solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling number 1, there is no confusion having a consumer's info sheet attached to the schedule, reaching out to employees with one email sent through the system. Thr biggest benefit is having our employees be able to log on, get their schedule for the week and having access to everything they need. It cuts down on call time and employees can mark off their own tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
