**What do you like best about Applicantz?**

Super hands off, does everything for you, not expensive. Excellent service! Quality, increased savings, more time to do other things

**What do you dislike about Applicantz?**

You have no insights to the interviews and just have to trust who they send. You can ask for info but insight is not detailed

**Recommendations to others considering Applicantz:**

Be extremely specific in what you want in your employees, and ask for footage of interviews so when you are ready to hire, you can review their info.

**What problems is Applicantz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spent less time at a company finding employees while HR was on leave than screening, reviewing, interviewing and hiring ourselves, saved us money, and comes with a background check for all potential new hires. It is insurance compatible and made onboarding so smooth
