**What do you like best about Apex LIS?**

 I like the team behind Apex a lot. They are responsive to requests, and try to accommodate us without nickel and diming.

**What do you dislike about Apex LIS?**

The biggest shortcoming of the software for us is that there is no easy way to enter manual tests results from worksheets.

**Recommendations to others considering Apex LIS:**

 We love using the software as it provides us the central platform to manage our in-house lab. We are able to serve our patients faster and efficiently.

**What problems is Apex LIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been working with APEX for over 5 years and we have never had a major issue. They have created multiple interfaces for our laboratory and it has always been done relatively quickly. When there is a delay in my experience it is the other party that is slowing the projects down.

**What do you like best about Apex LIS?**

Well organised laboratory software with an easy to navigate EMR feature and comprehesive flow charts.

**What do you dislike about Apex LIS?**

Complex when it comes to entering manual entering of information of results from worksheets.

**Recommendations to others considering Apex LIS:**

Any hospital facility looking for an improvised central patient informatoion then this tool is just good for you

**What problems is Apex LIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For faster and effective service to our clients and getting to know whether our information entered concerning our patients is correct.

-Organized
-Comprehensive Flowchart
-Easy to navigate lab results

**What do you dislike about Apex LIS?**

-Slow, sometimes freezes & won't let me log in

-Have someone teach you to use it - easier than learning by trial and error

**What problems is Apex LIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can navigate the EMR easily.

**What do you like best about Apex LIS?**

I like how APEX allows users to know what additional information is needed for patients to continue. Applications also gives error messages when information is inputted wrongly. 

**What do you dislike about Apex LIS?**

There are many minor glitches such as spacebar (invisible) errors that won't allow users to enter the next page. 

**What problems is Apex LIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are currently no business problems with my role with this application.
