From what I&#39;ve seen, most architects rebuild the deck regardless. A steering committee wants business risk and cost framed as a decision, not an assessment dashboard, so the tool&#39;s export rarely survives contact with the room intact. Where the good ones pull ahead is the layer underneath: defensible data that holds up when a skeptical CFO starts pulling at a number. Trust at this level is less about the reporting looking polished and more about whether the assessment survives being interrogated.
