**What do you like best about Apache Unomi?**

The charts were easy to read once the data was collected.  The contet collection was easily implemented but after the initial set up, the user gets convoluted information. 

**What do you dislike about Apache Unomi?**

The entire program was difficult to navigate.  The technology was very "Busy" on the eyes.  The graphics were crowded on each screen. 

**Recommendations to others considering Apache Unomi:**

If you subscribe to the training and support Apache offers perhaps you will have more success with this data management.

The updates are not as followed to improve certain errors

Highly recommended since you can even collect data from the mobile application to track and understand the needs of customers
