What do you like best about Anywhere365?

It is user friendly and affordable software with lots of feature.

It is Integerated with Office 365.

We are able to add Unlimited Agents in you contact center.

Provides open API graphical proagmming environment.

It is Integerated with Microsoft Azure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anywhere365?

I have observed that there are plans category . All features are not available in all plans which might be frustrating. Besides I found it very useful.

UCC services has max. capacity for concurrent dialogue box. 500 without audio recording and 350 with audio recording. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The setup pricing can be a little high especially for smaller businesses. Some advanced feature requires additional liscensing. some workflows may not be configurable without coding knowledge. premium support plans may be necessary for urgent issue resolution. It can produce right dialogues to the right customers with quality and it can be integrated with different on market chat services and one of it is the Skype for business. This helps an agent to approach a customer with right content and understand what they require.
