**What do you like best about Anywhere365?**

It is user friendly and affordable software with lots of feature.
It is Integerated with Office 365.
We are able to add Unlimited Agents in you contact center.
Provides open API graphical proagmming environment.
It is Integerated with Microsoft Azure.

**What do you dislike about Anywhere365?**

I have observed that there are plans category . All features are not available in all plans which might be frustrating. Besides I found it very useful.

UCC services has max. capacity for concurrent dialogue box. 500 without audio recording and 350 with audio recording.

**What problems is Anywhere365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scenario- We were getting a large no. of customers enquiry through various channels including phone calls ,live chat and queries from social media. We wants to provide excellent customer support with efficiently managing these interactions.
Solution- 1) Uinfied Communication : We setup Anywhere 365 to integerate all modes of channels into a single platform including calls, chats, social media messages.
2) Effective Routing : Technical questions are directed to specialized team, while simple enquires got to agents with expertiest in that area.
3) Integeration to CRM :Anyhwere365 easily integerated with company CRM , through which agents are easily fetching the History details of order and customers.

**What do you like best about Anywhere365?**

Anywhere365 is fully embedded into the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Users can handle calls chats and more directly from Teams. Supports remote and hybrid teams across time zones. Real time translation supports multilingual operations.

**What do you dislike about Anywhere365?**

The setup pricing can be a little high especially for smaller businesses. Some advanced feature requires additional liscensing. some workflows may not be configurable without coding knowledge. premium support plans may be necessary for urgent issue resolution.

**What problems is Anywhere365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anywhere365 unifies all communication channel into a single omnichannel platform, giving agents and teams 360-degree view of all interactions. it integrates natively with MS teams and external tools like salesforce, servicenow, making the workflows smoother and data more accessible. It offers better compliance and security.

It has a  Made adjusting all the workflows for users very Easy. 
Good Userinterface and easy to understand .

No dislikes As such i am yet to Experience anything Negative.

Anywhere365 is super easy to use and the ability to transfer so quickly helps when training new employees.

The multiple Tabs that are a little confusing until you really dive in.

**What do you like best about Anywhere365?**

No extra device application configuration is required, we could easily integrate our skype. Includes on the tab Phone Call authorization in-pane call control network. Providing absolute smooth customer experience with the operator and manager.

we would like to see add improvement In the team's client , also seamlessly accessible single-click. ServiceNow logs, which are important for a specific conversation

**What do you like best about Anywhere365?**

It can produce right dialogues to the right customers with quality and it can be integrated with different on market chat services and one of it is the Skype for business. This helps an agent to approach a customer with right content and understand what they require.
Hence eliminating the confusion or escalations.

**What do you dislike about Anywhere365?**

Still exploring hence did not get any drawbacks till now

We are able tackle users in a systematic way and the dialogues given by an agent is so simple and understandable to each user who is in the other end. It can also be arranged or manage different dialogues as per requirement.
