## About Anotados
Anotados is Spanish-built expense management software for SMBs that want to leave spreadsheets and paper receipts behind. Employees snap a photo of a receipt and AI extracts the date, amount, vendor, tax ID and VAT — including a line-by-line multi-VAT breakdown — and categorizes the expense in seconds. Its unique VAT Recovery feature detects deductible VAT lost on simplified receipts and helps reclaim it, money most companies leave on the table. It also includes tax-exempt per-diems, mileage, approvals, reports, accounting export, custom fields, multi-company and Spanish tax compliance (TicketBAI/Verifactu), in a modern web and mobile app. A modern, more affordable alternative to Captio, Emburse and Rydoo, built in Spain with Spanish-language support.
