Los responsables aprueban informes en un clic y contabilidad exporta a Excel, PDF o CSV, o directamente como asientos contables (PGC) listos para A3, ContaPlus, Sage o Holded. Su diferencial es la inteligencia fiscal española. Anotados distingue factura completa, factura simplificada y ticket, y sabe cuándo el IVA es deducible y por qué. El Recuperador de IVA detecta el IVA que la empresa está perdiendo por tickets sin los datos fiscales necesarios y ayuda a reclamar la factura al proveedor antes de que sea tarde. Controla dietas y kilometraje con los límites exentos de IRPF al día, coteja facturas TicketBAI y Verifactu como receptor, y completa la razón social del proveedor a partir del CIF. Los viajes internacionales no se atascan: gastos en cualquier país y divisa, con conversión automática a euros al tipo oficial del BCE de la fecha del gasto y asientos contables en euros con el importe original a la vista. La conciliación de la tarjeta de empresa (Norma 43) cruza los movimientos del banco con los gastos justificados y destapa lo que falta por justificar.
