**What do you like best about Angage?**

The tool is user-friendly and reliable, and the team is highly professional and attentive to the client's needs and challenges.The real advantage of Angage is the quality of the native app, which always works extremely well thanks to the many updates that are constantly being made. Managing a large-scale event is also made much easier by the efficiency of the notification system and the simplicity of settings in the back office.

**What do you dislike about Angage?**

Nothing. At the start of the project, some of the security levels required by our IT department were not quite met by Angage, but the Angage team was able to do what was necessary to quickly comply with our requirements.

**What problems is Angage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to optimise the costs involved in setting up mobile apps for our events. Angage has made it possible for us to have a single point of contact for all our events. We now have the autonomy to create our own event app for each of our events, while benefiting from the support of the Angage team whenever necessary.

**What do you like best about Angage?**

An easy-to-use tool with a lot of added value. Thanks to this tool, our events have changed dimension. We have gained interactivity and simplified our communications with participants. The turnkey concept is really very appreciable.

Nothing to report. Full satisfaction with the use of the app in our events.

Fluidity of communication and information. No need to send 10 emails anymore, everything is on the app.

  ### 3. Creation of a ticketing platform and an app for our event

**What do you like best about Angage?**

The entire Angage team was very involved in the event and supported us throughout the development of the ticketing service and the dedicated application - amazing customer support.
Working hand in hand, we developed a tailor-made ticketing service that almost met all of our very specific needs, despite the technical/developmental limitations we encountered.

I really enjoyed building the app completely independently - and with Angage's very pertinent advice - thanks to the easy-to-learn back-office and the various functions included in the app.

**What do you dislike about Angage?**

We had a number of constraints from a legal point of view, particularly in terms of the information to be included on our platforms, and we sometimes had to make compromises because the ticketing system and the app model did not allow 100% customisation.

**What problems is Angage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a functional ticket platform was KEY for us. Having an app to guide all our participants through our event and deliver them the right information at the right time was another objective we had.
Angage provided that, all our tickets were sold very quickly and the platform held despite a very large number of users.  
Close to 1000 user downloaded the app so this was a success as well.

**What do you like best about Angage?**

It was so easy to get set up. I was in need of a multi purpose app for a chain of workshops that I had. I needed some interactive features and live stat updates as well as general content. They arranged a demo for me quickly and made my workshop come to life! 

It was so easy to use that my attendees did not even require instructions. The additional features of media content and live notifications only added to my positive experience. Highly recommended!

Honestly - my only dislike was that I did not use this earlier!

They get my audience to interact seamlessly. I have a tool that everyone can reference and use easily

**What do you like best about Angage?**

Very intuitive and user-friendly platform, the best tool I have ever tested to prepare an event with productivity, amazing to have access to so many contents around the event from my pocket ! I enjoyed a lot the interactive dimension of the platform (pools, evaluations etc) that helped me to feel really engaged as as participant

**What do you dislike about Angage?**

nothing to be honest, the App has been my best friend during the past two events I used it.

As a participant, I can get great visibilty about the event a few weeks before the beginning and organiwe my own event inside the event.
I also can share my opinion directly through the APP and feel far more engaged as a consequence.

**What do you like best about Angage?**

Ease of use, quite straight forward to find and integrate/implement features, a lot of flexibility to manage events. the support is fully dedicated for question and help.

Nothing negative to mention, the Angage team is reactive for everything.

The client would like to have an app for a surprise internal event. With Angage we were able to manage easily the surprise by adding quickly feature at specific time.

The application has been a great success with our participants, with more than 300 screens viewed per day per participant. This interactivity with our clients and final participants at the events is a real asset in the production of our events and also in the on-site client experience.

Ease of customization. Multiplicity and simplicity of the various tools. Great speed and efficiency of technical support. Excellent customer relationship (a big thank you to Didier and Liam).

Unable to duplicate a web page with the content (Forced to redo). Possibilities too limited for the creation and layout of the home page. People responding no to the invitation receive a confirmation of registration for the convention.

**What do you like best about Angage?**

We worked with the Angage platform for about 2 months and were very satisfied with the experience. The platform is extremely intuitive and easy to use, which makes it much easier to create a showcase site. What's more, Angage offers complete customization, enabling us to create a site that perfectly matches our needs and image. We therefore highly recommend Angage for anyone looking to create a quality showcase site.

**What do you dislike about Angage?**

However, we also encountered some difficulties when using the Angage platform. In particular, we found it difficult to create a simple registration platform for users. The platform offers less freedom and flexibility in this respect, which meant that we had to subscribe to all the packages in order to get a real registration interface. This can be frustrating for users looking for a more customizable solution. Despite this, we were able to count on the Angage team, who was present and available every day to help us find solutions and support us in our efforts.

Pricing subscriptions can be an issue sometimes. I'm not sure whether Angage can seamlessly integrate with other CRM or email marketing software to workflow work efficiency.

**What do you like best about Angage?**

For our annual General assembly we had to choose a 100% interactive safe and anonymous system. That is the reason why we choose Angage. We had 100% participation. Every vote went smoothly. The dark clickers are awesome. Thanks to the small LCD screen we were able to view our choice. I really enjoyed the first slide when we test our clickers just to make sure everything was ok. I also really enjoyed the display of the chart on the main screen

**What do you dislike about Angage?**

Some people prefers smartphones but I can tell you clickers are not dead yet! Specially for General Assembly or if you need to vote when you are on a boat or in a meeting room in the underground. What is time consuming is to distribute and to collect the clickers after your event but it's worthing.

We needed to vote in an anonymous way and that was perfect with Angage clickers

The Angage app was used for our international seminar and it is very convenient for managing the entire user journey throughout the event: before, during, and follow-up after. It professionalizes the organization and promotes exchanges. The Angage team has also been at our disposal from the start, which is very appreciable. I highly recommend this team and therefore this company!

Some small improvements to the satisfaction questionnaire that Angage has taken into account to optimize their apps.

What I like the most: Available staff, efficient, proactive. The application is very intuitive, clear, easy to use, and interactive with the participants.

I don't like having to pay at the event; it would be preferable to have the option of an annual subscription.

Angage allows me to synthesize all messages related to my event on a single platform, and eliminates all paper exchanges.

What I like most about this application Angage is the ease of use and communication, the interactivity with all the participants. All the salespeople were delighted to have this app.

I cannot connect the interface with an Excel spreadsheet without going through the administrator of the company Angage. The app is quite lengthy to fill out.

Participants may access the agenda anytime as long as data is available in the app and notifications were scheduled in advance.

**What do you like best about Angage?**

They helped us choose the best solution for our event, helped us prepare the event and upload contents and then gave us support during the event. Really professional.

I did not have any issue with the service, all went well and they were very responsive

I wanted to increase interactions between participants and have the possibility to inform them of what was going on during the event, push notifications helped a lot. Also the possibility to add interactive polls was a great asset for the speakers.

The social wall is great to create expectations about the event and the direct messaging creates bonding between coworkers
