**What do you like best about Anantya.ai?**

It gives the freedom to customize templates according to us.

**What do you dislike about Anantya.ai?**

The ticketing system is hard to understand but their customer support is a huge help and makes it easier.

**What problems is Anantya.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anantya solves a lot of problems for me but the two best solutions Anantya gave me are 
1. Bot Setup- which helps me solve customer queries seamlessly and is available 24/7 
2. SMS Fallback - this feature helps me push any of the unsent campaigns automatically through SMS, so I don't have to worry about my clients missing out on anything.

**What do you like best about Anantya.ai?**

Anantya.ai is very easy to use. The on-boarding process was smooth. I am very impressed with the customer support; they are providing.

**What do you dislike about Anantya.ai?**

We had difficulty integrating our CRM with Anantya.ai but the support team helped us a lot and it was resolved.

**What problems is Anantya.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us generate more leads and create a sales funnel over WhatsApp. Th panel was very helpful while retargeting the opportunity leads and resulting in them in closure.
