The more information Amplifyo has, the more able it is to generate specific content for marketing and promotional campaigns. Once I became familiar with the pattern of inputting the information Amplifyo required and writing in an understandable way. I could spend 10 minutes inputting data and making selections then Amplifyo would write blog posts, emails, and Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn content that would otherwise take me hours to write each individual piece. I love that each content piece reads slightly differently while maintaining the consistent messaging required. This saves me rewriting time I could have spent giving each platform a unique voice. Amplifyo does this for me. Customer support was available for the duration of implementation and has checked in with me at various stage to see how I am going with the software. Setting Amplifyo up for our business was pretty straight-forward as majority of the information was imported from our website. Ease of use came after I ran a few campaigns myself and received support on how to write the campaign material so the AI generated the most appropriate and desired content. I use Amplifyo at least twice a week to develop campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In the time that I have been using Amplifyo, which is almost six months now, the only thing I could say that I like least is this. Amplifyo does not have my voice, it has it's own voice. While this is great for its generation of content for multiple platforms with a degree of speed. I still spend time, a fraction compared to writing all of the content myself but still time, changing sections or words so they feel more true to me and the business. I sure in time the AI would learn my voice and incorporate this into its writing. Further to this, my Amplifyo account is not integrated with our business social media accounts so getting the content to these platforms is a copy and paste job.
