The platform is interactive, engaging and user friendly (coming from the User's POV). Also, as far as I know setting up of creator profiles is an easy task as well, using the app Amazon Creator App. I would definitely recommend using the Amazon live feature to other users/customers as well, and make informed purchase decisions. The customers can get their queries/concerns addressed in real-time about a product with the help of the content creators. I do regularly view the live streams to check out new and products of interest and then make informed decisions. Another amazing thing about Amazon Live is that it has been integrated so well that it is easily accessible through the application as well, eliminating the need to access the live streams using one's laptop/desktop device. **What do you dislike about Amazon live?** What I dislike about the Amazon live is that it does not have a pop-up window for the product that is being shown. If a customer is interested he will have to go to the product page. There should be an option to simply add the product directly to the cart while the live stream is running. As for chats being overwhelmed with messages of views and one's queries being misse dby creators, I don't think there is a solution for that. As more popular creators have a high viewership and high frequencies of messages and they tend to sometime miss one's messages. **What problems is Amazon live solving and how is that benefiting you?** Amzaon live for users like me is solving problems such as indecisiveness of making purchases by providing us with all the necessary information/details related to a product of interest coming from trusted creators enabling us to make informed decisions on our purchases. I wish Amazon Live's creators included more and more of the products on the their streams. ### 2.
