**What do you like best about amara?**

It allowed me to sell more merchandise. Yes, we had ways to book appointments efficiently, but this platform solves our biggest problem, selling our products. It is seamless, our customers love the option to purchase and have it delivered via whatsapp. We look forward to collecting enough customers' data to begin predicting their purchases and behavior and be able to send promotions .

**What do you dislike about amara?**

Their platform is seamless, and very promising. We are just waiting for the AI component to help us with data and promotions. So far it's amazng

**What problems is amara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I shared, selling our products. Our revenues are slowly increasing thanks to Amara's promotion, online purchases and distribution option.
