Fax.Plus Pricing Overview

Fax.Plus is an excellent product for the casual user or for the small business that is relying on smart phones to be mobile, but still need a way to send a fax for supplies, confirmation of signed documents or has a limited need to fax. As an senior individual with only smartphones at home this is exactly how I use the application, to send signed documents to building suppliers and my health care insurer. The registration was simple and straight forward. The security includes 2FA TOTP, and the customer service help messages are nearly instantenious. The convience of the website and the mobile app automatically syncing all my faxes in one place is exactly how I like to organize my work, when at home and on the go. There really isn't anything that I'm unhappy with about the service, website, or mobile app. The only thing to consider is if a low cost monthly plan for individuals who fax less than 10 pages per month could be created. Not HIPAA compliant at the basic subscription tier. Other, more affordable options exist. The basic monthly subscription rate was adequate for my needs until I discovered that it was not HIPAA compliant and that I works need to subscribe at a much higher tier than I needed just to get HIPAA compliance.
