"Fax.Plus is an effective, efficient solution"
What do you like best about Fax.Plus?

I am an attorney and the legal system in the United States still requires some small amount of faxing. Fax.Plus made it simple for me to send and receive faxes right out of my email efficiently, and keep digital copies of documents I had sent and received. I did not need to fax often, so it was great that the service was so simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fax.Plus?

I did not really have any issues with the service, so there is nothing I disliked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup and Use, But Lacks HIPAA Compliance at Basic Tier"
What do you like best about Fax.Plus?

Ease of setup and use. The basic subscription tier was adequate for my needs until I found out that it was not HIPAA-compliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fax.Plus?

Not HIPAA compliant at the basic subscription tier. Other, more affordable options exist. The basic monthly subscription rate was adequate for my needs until I discovered that it was not HIPAA compliant and that I works need to subscribe at a much higher tier than I needed just to get HIPAA compliance. This felt like an unnecessary coat to party for features and functions that I find want is need in order to get into, pretty essential inner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
