**What do you like best about Allotrac?**

It is a cloud-based application which means that you don't need to get worried about your data 
You can openly access it wherever and whenever you want in addition to that it is a real-time software which means real-time activities can be tracked  while using this application
The software comes under the workflow automation job management system
It is a user-friendly software and can be understandable in a minimum time

**What do you dislike about Allotrac?**

the software may include the finance system to make a complete package although they are working in the automation workflow industry. I think they might consider this point too to add FAF, GRI, or activation and expiry dates for pricing.
yes the software comes with some price as it is not free as freeTMS+
Should work on reorganizer page as it would be much easier to navigate between the present work and the past work

**What problems is Allotrac solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it prepares the invoices in no time which ultimately saves some administrative hours
it satisfies the workload management which ultimately increases the operation  efficiency
it works on agile methodology
