Alchemer is a good tool for developing surveys with a variety of question types ranging from text, Likert, drag and drop, summative, and ranking styles. My team uses it multiple times a week. It is user-friendly and has a straightforward learning curve. You can customize the look and feel of the survey and automate reports. The customer support team is responsive in most instances. Sometimes the export links for the data don't open behind our firewall. We have a workaround by using the share link instead. More customization in their automatic reporting for toggling on and off certain answer responses or being able to apply weights to the data would enhance the robustness of the tool.
