Don't really dislike anything. I've been using the service for about 4 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Apprentive allowed us to effectively engage our users and ask them for feedback. Our app ratings went from 2.5 to 4.8 and we were able to get a lot of constructive feedback through surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pricing model. Should be more simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very simple to integrate into React Native. Minimal effort. All I had to do was the typical npm/yarn install, place in the app ID and done! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Older versions had some issues with lack of cocoa pods integration. However, an update was released that fixed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to implement. We can control the configuration from interaction web page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be great it we can choose various dialog UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The apptentive integration has features like feedback form, message center which can be embed into your app to get customer feedback. In app popups also called love dialogues when placed at important workflows helps customer give the feedback on the go and makes the app engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration with native has more options and features as compared to cordova based integration. This is something apptentive team can work on and this would save developers time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it very beneficial that there is a clear dashboard view of the analytics for customer reviews such as which app has the most reviews, which app doesn't, and what type of reviews are left by customers. The breakdown of the statistics is something that I really find helpful as a QA Analyst that tests the apps for Viacom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it inefficient to receive an email notification for every review left by a customer. Furthermore, I feel like there could be other metrics involved by Apptentive to measure customer satisfaction other than the love ratio where apptentive prompts the user with the "love dialogs" in the apps in which the user has the option to tap "love the app" or "don't love the app". I feel like other less intrusive methods can be used to measure customer satisfaction with an app. And lastly, the loading times between tabs within the dashboard take a long time. The ability to get real time feedback from users on the app. It really helps to get an idea on what is liked / disliked and user ideas on how to develop to make it more useful.

It really helps to identify issues that might not have been seen as issues initially and also to give a clear idea on what our customers would like to see in added functionality, areas that don't work as well as can be, bugs, glitches and so forth. Also helps to know device specifics so can help with testing the of bug fixes across numerous devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not a lot to dislike once you get used to the system. Like anything you need to get used to have a platform/tool works but them you are off and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the ease of use. I am not a developer, so the developers handled the integration. However, I was able to easily setup events, ratings prompts, and all of the features through the dashboard very easily. As long as you have a basic understanding of mobile apps and digital marketing, you can use Apptentive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is relegated to our one case, but the platform we were building our app on does not allow for push notifications from Apptentive, so users can only get notified of things like new messages while inside the app. I am hoping they can add this to future builds. Consolidation of feedback in one place, easy to respond Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No auto responses and limited customization to message fields. Also there's no reassignment of conversations after a certain time limit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Helps direct satisfied users to app store to rate, and unsatisfied users to feedback mechanisms to let us know problems we can correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, for ratings review management, I'm pleased with Apptentive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
