I'm almost a couple of months since implementing Apptentive, so it still is the beginning of this partnership. If I really had to think about something negative. I'd probably say it sometimes takes an extra email or two until we hear back from our point of contact. Might be nice to have some ability to pay for hours up front to avoid this?
