Survey capabilities are somewhat limited! Triggers are rather limited as well. There should be seconds as increments for timing of things. We are talking apps, a minute increment for looking at a tab in an app is a long time for many apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Google Play Store star ratings counts are never correct. I use the Apptentive counts for my iOS app, but have to use Google Play Console to get accurate star ratings info on Android apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
