**What do you like best about AIO PMS?**

It is very organized in terms of categories. Each and every section was in an organized order which is very easy for me to use when the guests want to book a room at our hotels. The program alone is able to run the whole business and used in all the sister properties of our Hotel chain.

**What do you dislike about AIO PMS?**

The program network is a little slow to get connected at first but then once you get logged it, everything else is perfect.

**Recommendations to others considering AIO PMS:**

I highly recommend this software.

**What problems is AIO PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have to reserve rooms in our hotel and it has been very accurate and there has not been a single glitch using it.
