AICO is a very user-friendly system, suppling end users and system administrators with a happy user experience.
The system is very configurable, and adaptable to your process design requirements.
The AICO team are very knowledgeable about their product, and work with the company to meet customer needs.
The modules have real time validation with your ERP master data and are fully interconnected with each other. Example MEC tasks are linked to the Journals and Balance Sheet reconciliation modules so the user can initiate the tasks from a single point.
The task status dashboards are very clear and allow a view in total or by process, for both end users and process owners.
Documentation is readily available, including design, administration, and user training materials.
System Health Check reviews, the AICO are pro-active in indentifying areas that the system "running" or automations can be improved, post implementation.
The billing is per entity rather than per user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The billing of the system support process is not visible on the ticketing platform. The invoice is sent monthly with a reference to the tickets, but then needs to be manually cross checked for approval.
Moving from project mode to steady state for open "hyper care issues" was a bit uncomfortable and unclear. It would be better to continue with review meetings rather than move to ticketings for open project issues.
You can't copy the test system master data to production it has to be re-done causing duplication of effort.
Most companies work with a 3 tier system (development, test and production) AICO standard is development and production, the test environment is at extra cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
