**What do you like best about AI twin?**

I use AI twin for automating incoming customer queries over WhatsApp. It saved me time, allowing me to focus more on business development. I liked that it didn't complicate the onboarding process, and it provides free credits to test the technology without needing to input a credit card. AI twin integrates with my software, studies my database, and the AI speaks very similarly to me, which is important to me since I pride myself on great customer service. The setup was super easy, taking just 2 minutes to deploy.

**What do you dislike about AI twin?**

When it delivers a price, it usually gives a website link. I wish it didn’t.

**What problems is AI twin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AI twin to automate customer queries on WhatsApp, which saves me time for business development. It integrates with my software, understands my database, and mirrors my communication style, maintaining high customer service standards. Onboarding was easy with free credits to test.
