**What do you like best about Agilysys?**

Cost for the solution is much more competitive than the bigger players in the market. The solution has features that are relevant to the hospitality space. When there is a challenge the support team responds in a resonable timeframe. Integration for enabling communication with other 3rd party app is a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Agilysys?**

If you are not using Agilysys POS and PMS together and only using the POS - Infogenesis you will find that integrating with a PMS such as OPERA is limited in functionality,

**What problems is Agilysys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

POS and Retail sales and inventory

**What do you like best about Agilysys?**

Ease of install and straight-forward user interface. Training new hires is simple and turnover time is mitigated.

**What do you dislike about Agilysys?**

Some of the interface menus could use an updated look, and visual enhancements.

**What problems is Agilysys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our business streamline the process of ordering food and beverage inventory. Its also our front end for retail employees and helps them wuickly serve guests.
