Not sure that all of the media we need to monitor are in there, but when we request additions, they handle it fairly quickly. The reporting isn't quite as easy as I would like but again, great customer support to help you when you need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found Muck Rack a struggle to use and they didn't see to have immediate support. I needed a platform that had a much easier and more user friendly interface and Agility beats everyone hands down. It's a pleasure to use. It makes my job easier searching for media contacts or publications as well as finding information about the contacts and it is easy to send out an email to a list or set up individual emails through our own email provider.
