The main frustration comes when editing press releases within the platform - any time I make a change to the text, it jumps back to the top of the page, so I end up constantly scrolling up and down. It can be a bit of a faff and slows things down. I’d like the option to set brand styles in the PR template, to save time and ensure consistency across campaigns. Lastly, the brand monitoring feature looks really valuable, but it’s out of budget for us at the moment.
