The platform is quite user friendly. While it isn't perfect, it easy enough to figure out how to manipulate the system to work for your needs. The search hits are thorough, detailed and accurate to search terms...which are so easy to add and remove, without having to follow the Boolean phrasing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system runs updates regularly, which is good. However, I haven't found the updates to be of any particular improvement for my particular use. I do wish the Save button would stay visible at all times, but that's mostly just my preference, and not much of an actually issue! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system provides a couple of different ways of reporting information, which is nice. I, personally, make the most use out of the basic spreadsheet layout, where I can add or remove as much analytical information as needed when running the report. All of the search functionality is substandard compared to competitors as it requires the user to create their own data set with a built in cap on results rendered. The need to rely on this data set creates an inflexible tool that fails to meet operational requirements for any highly public organization. UI is also unintuitive and Boolean search functionality lacks the ability to effectively refine results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

Agility is supposed to allow our organization to effectively monitor online sentiment and conversations on social media. This allows our organization to flag emerging issues for the department as well as our clients, prepare communications lines and action.

However, as the tool is not forward facing, it becomes impossible to search for new and emerging issues not covered by these pre-arranged searches which leaves the organization operationally blind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
