All of the search functionality is substandard compared to competitors as it requires the user to create their own data set with a built in cap on results rendered. The need to rely on this data set creates an inflexible tool that fails to meet operational requirements for any highly public organization. This allows our organization to flag emerging issues for the department as well as our clients, prepare communications lines and action. I appreciate Agility PR Solutions for its excellent customer service, which is a significant standout. The tools within the platform are generally powerful, helping me manage media-related tasks effectively, although I occasionally find the user experience slightly challenging. I find the media database particularly valuable for easily finding journalists in foreign countries and discovering new contacts.
