Aerchain addresses several key problems in the procurement process, offering substantial benefits to businesses.

**What do you like best about Aerchain?**

The supplier will upload the invoice, and automatically, it will 3way match and will post touchless posting from the company side in the system.

**What do you dislike about Aerchain?**

We had some issues in terms of interface from Aerchain to Sap- some credits got double posted in Sap. The team is working on it and this interface issue will be resolved

**What problems is Aerchain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to Aerchain Manual invoice/credit posting automated. 90% of manual work got reduced through this. The next important thing is that all approvals will be available in Aerchain itself, so manual/mail communications are unnecessary.
