
I really like the search functionalities and how the features like disputes and reports are organized in the portal. It makes it very easy to find what I need. The chargeback fees are also very competitive compared to others. Additionally, the auto-defend feature for chargebacks is a great tool that saves a lot of time. I find the chargeback statuses to be a bit confusing to follow. The APIs and webhooks can also be difficult to understand, which makes it hard to automate the chargeback process.
