The customer service is amazing. They are a small team but they're fairly quick to respond and are also always trying to improve the platform and make it better. **What do you dislike about Adpulse?** The interface is sometimes just a little bit clunky and not as customizable as I would like. And it doesn't integrate with every single ad platform, just the main big ones, which is fine, but if we were to run, like, next store ads or Reddit ads, we wouldn't be able to have all of our platforms connected in there, which is unfortunate. The pricing structure is also unfortunate for companies that run ads on lots of accounts with small budgets (you pay in tiers based on the number of accounts you have). **What problems is Adpulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adpulse improves budget pacing compared to manual methods or budget scripts. It displays all platforms at once and sets budgets across them, merging campaign budgets into a single budget. It alerts us to issues like ad disapprovals or keyword blocks that we might not notice otherwise. ### 2.
