The customer service is amazing. They are a small team but they're fairly quick to respond and are also always trying to improve the platform and make it better. **What do you dislike about Adpulse?** The interface is sometimes just a little bit clunky and not as customizable as I would like. And it doesn't integrate with every single ad platform, just the main big ones, which is fine, but if we were to run, like, next store ads or Reddit ads, we wouldn't be able to have all of our platforms connected in there, which is unfortunate. The pricing structure is also unfortunate for companies that run ads on lots of accounts with small budgets (you pay in tiers based on the number of accounts you have). **What problems is Adpulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adpulse improves budget pacing compared to manual methods or budget scripts. It displays all platforms at once and sets budgets across them, merging campaign budgets into a single budget. It alerts us to issues like ad disapprovals or keyword blocks that we might not notice otherwise. ### 2. Quit my subscription - they keep charging me. Then the charges started coming from a company called Adpulse. I never had clear access, no working service, and no results. **What do you dislike about Adpulse?** I strongly advise DO NOT USE Adpulse. I was repeatedly charged $127 even though my account was deactivated and I had no access to the platform. I never received any real service or support. Despite confirmation that my account no longer exists, they keep billing me. This matches other reviews here — it’s a systematic scam. No transparency, no customer service, no value. I’m now escalating to legal action. Avoid this platform at all costs. **What problems is Adpulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** These type of cooperations make the service looking bad and not trustworthy! ### 3. We get excellent visibility of our accounts' performance and actionable insights that save money and time. We're constantly seeing new features released to increase efficiency even more. **What do you dislike about Adpulse?** Not much, you'd think infancy would be its Achilles' heel, but Adpulse comes from the same stables as PPC Samurai - a powerful tool in its own right. **What problems is Adpulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly account pacing each morning and optimisations throughout each month. I've recently started loading the Insights tab each morning to catch Critical Alerts. ### 4. As such, the platform provides us extremely valuable budgeting, pacing and performance benefits. **What do you dislike about Adpulse?** Not much, the platform is still being tweaked, improved and worked on.
