ADP Celergo has the option to upload payroll inputs and collect the payroll outputs shared by the service provider. Searching files or documents on ADP Celergo fails because you don't get the search option. We should have the option to escalate any matter needed and the quick chat functionality. Consolidated GL and reporting. The ability to have uniform files for ERP functions is the only benefit to Celergo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ADP Celergo? Terrible service. They are essentially a consolidated outsourcing agency. They use in country "partners" to actually process the payroll. The calculations are often riddled with errors and if you need anything from the partner expect to be charged extra and a long drawn out process to correct anything. Their Workforce now integration is a joke, there are so many limitations that you'll need a full time HRIS team to manage it's "integration."
