I also can see all Global pay on one dashboard. ### 2. It provides the approve or reject the inputs and capture realtime data and date stamps. **What do you dislike about ADP Celergo?** Searching files or documents on ADP Celergo fails because you don't get the search option. We should have the option to escalate any matter needed and the quick chat functionality. **What problems is ADP Celergo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us onboard and terminate employees with ease and gives the proper timelines to complete the required tasks to finish the payroll and salary payout on time. ### 3. The ability to have uniform files for ERP functions is the only benefit to Celergo. **What do you dislike about ADP Celergo?** Terrible service. They are essentially a consolidated outsourcing agency. They use in country "partners" to actually process the payroll. The calculations are often riddled with errors and if you need anything from the partner expect to be charged extra and a long drawn out process to correct anything. Their Workforce now integration is a joke, there are so many limitations that you'll need a full time HRIS team to manage it's "integration."
