**What do you like best about Acute?**

The connection to Intercom is easy, simple and quick. Then if during a chat with customers we end up knowing we miss a feature we can track it and link to a certain customers.

**What do you dislike about Acute?**

When you merge some feedback there is no track or notes about what was the original. 
Sometimes 2 merged feedbacks are not 100% the same but are highly related. if you merge them you loose the merged data and comments.
Tags are case sensitive and there is no way to Edit them. you can easily end up having repeated tags.

**Recommendations to others considering Acute:**

We do not use the public voting platform which is a good addition, so I can not advise about it (but looks cool). 
The price is good.

**What problems is Acute solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can now track all feature requests and sum to know which features are most demanded by our customers.  Then we can prioritise the Stories better.
