What do you like best about Acute?

The connection to Intercom is easy, simple and quick. Then if during a chat with customers we end up knowing we miss a feature we can track it and link to a certain customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acute?

When you merge some feedback there is no track or notes about what was the original.

Sometimes 2 merged feedbacks are not 100% the same but are highly related. if you merge them you loose the merged data and comments.

Tags are case sensitive and there is no way to Edit them. you can easily end up having repeated tags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
