All suites perfectly my current needs. Actually, in a future it is possible I will upgrade to the Growing package, in order to take advantage of the text messaging and subscription/membership features. I love the fact that the (premium) scheduling tool can sync up with your calendar. But the best thing is the forms that you can create to attach to appointments. That has seriously saved me so much time. **What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?** Overall, the service is great, but there are a few things that could be improved. The manual scheduling takes a little too long. They should have a way to quickly block off irregular chunks of time. The premium version is also a little expensive for my liking. When I do run in to an issue or something that is not available, I simply contact support and they generally come up with a solution for me. This program has been designed with the consumer's need in mind and I really don't have much to say in terms of what I don't like.
